At Cadets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
